About the "Connect Highland" Committee
The "Connect Highland" Committee is a group of like-minded individuals (from all walks of life) who have joined together to research and develop a thorough business plan to present to the Highland City Council in the fall of 2008. After their review and (hopeful) approval, our goal is to get the fiber initiative on the ballot in April of 2009.
Two independent consultants have been added to the committee to assist in the creation of the business plan and to insure that all Federal and State regulations are understood and followed.
