Military discount and wireless/high speed access?
Does anyone know if any carriers offer a military discount for wireless or high speed internet access? My husband is deploying soon to the middle east and I would like to get high speed access so we (the kids & I) would have the ability to do some face to face communication while he’s away. Currently, it’s simply out of my financial reach but obviously I’d like to find a way to fit it in my budget. And if anyone has been able to do this, what scams do I need to look for? It seems that every time I find a ‘bargain’ it turns out to NOT be such a bargain. I appreciate your answers and experiences.
Short and sweet… maybe… but you’re going to have to get on the phone and call each one, explain your situation, and ask. Nobody here knows what’s available on all the carriers. The carriers do. Sorry.
