How to connect to wifi using wireless adapter?
My friend has a wireless router and high speed internet connectivity. I want to connect to his internet by wifi but the problem is that i am not getting the wifi signals where my pc is. But i am getting signals near my kitchen window, which is abt 10 meters away from my computer.
I have heard about usb wireless adapters but can the usb be extended that far?
What about wireless adapters that plug into ethernet port?
Please dont suggest repeaters or signal booster kinda’ things bcoz i dont have much money in my pocket
the wireless cards in Laptops are (G) which is the lowest, therefore it has the lowest speed and range.
I reccomend buying a USB Network Adapter that will connect to the network just like your computer does now. Preferably a (N) or (N1)
